14-Day Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your KOLR purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- The seal must be unbroken. Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for opened or used bottles.
- In its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or digital wallet refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for any defective item exchanges.
